Pokémon FireRed Version is a 2004 RPG developed by Game Freak and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy Advance. It is part of the third generation of the Pokémon franchise, and one of a pair of games, the other being Pokémon LeafGreen Version - both games are remakes of the original 1998 games Pokémon Red Version and Pokémon Blue Version. FireRed was played by Rick as what was intended to be one half of a competitive Nuzlocke, with John playing LeafGreen.
