The Mythic Let's Play is a Franchise Play created by The D-Pad in 2014, focusing on the four-part horror game series The Chzo Mythos, created by Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw. The first entry in the series, 5 Days a Stranger, had already been covered as one of the channel's earliest LPs in 2011, but was replayed as part of the project. The project was announced with a trailer on July 23, 2014, and officially debuted with the first episode of 5 Days a Stranger on July 28. It concluded with its 38th episode on October 5, 2014.

- The Mythic Let's Play was originally titled The Chzo Mythos after the series it covered. It was renamed and upgraded to a Franchise Play when it was re-released on The D-Pad Unpaused in October 2022.
