Project M is a 2011 fighting game developed by Project M Development Team. It is a modification of the 2008 Wii game Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the third game in the Super Smash Bros. series. It attempts to bring the gameplay of Brawl more in line with its predecessor Super Smash Bros. Melee, making alterations to the physics and reintroducing cut characters Dr. Mario, Mewtwo, and Roy. The game's first demo build was released in 2011, and it continued to receive updates until late 2015, when development was abruptly cancelled. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2019, as the twenty-eighth game in The Dreamy Let's Play. The LP consisted of 8 episodes, released on weekdays from November 7 to November 15, 2019.
