Spider-Man 3 is a 2007 superhero film directed by Sam Raimi and written by Raimi, Ivan Raimi, and Alvin Sargent. It stars Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, Thomas Haden Church, Topher Grace, Bryce Dallas Howard, James Cromwell, Rosemary Harris, and J.K. Simmons. It is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name, and is the third and final film in the Spider-Man trilogy and a sequel to Spider-Man 2. Set a year after the events of that movie, the plot follows Peter Parker as he contends with a multitude of threats; escaped convict and Uncle Ben's true killer, Flint Marko, his vengeful former friend Harry Osborn, who blames Peter for the death of his father, and an alien symbiote that bonds with Peter and brings out his negative traits. The film was reviewed on The D-Pad in 2021 in an episode of R-Rated. The episode was released on December 10, 2021.
