WandaVision is a 2021 television miniseries created by Jac Schaeffer and directed by Matt Shakman for Disney+. It stars Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Debra Jo Rupp, Fred Melamed, Kathryn Hahn, Teyonah Parris, Randall Park, Kat Dennings, and Evan Peters. It is based on the Marvel Comics characters Scarlet Witch and Vision, and is the first television series in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the first to feature full continuity with the films of the franchise. The story follows Wanda Maximoff and Vision living together in the town of Westview after the events of Avengers: Endgame, experiencing circumstances reminiscent of plots from past eras of American sitcoms. However, the couple soon begins to suspect all is not right with their seemingly idyllic life.
The series was covered on The D-Pad upon its release, with each of the 9 episodes reviewed in an episode of R-Rated, released from January 18 to March 5, 2021.
