Animaniacs is a 2020 animated musical comedy television series created by Wellesley Wild and Steven Spielberg for Hulu. It is a reboot of the 1993 series of the same name, and features the returning voices of Rob Paulsen, Jess Harnell, Tress MacNeille, Maurice LaMarche, and Frank Welker. The series, like the original, consists of episodes split into short segments; most of these follow the irreverent exploits of siblings Yakko, Wakko, and Dot Warner, while other segments instead focus on the unsuccessful world-conquering schemes of Pinky and the Brain. The series was covered on The D-Pad shortly after the release of its first season in 2020, with an episode of D-Pad + Chill reacting to the series premiere. The episode was released on December 25, 2020.
