Something Remote is a 2009 independent comedy film directed by Alex Laferriere, starring C/J Haley, Rick Desilets, John Selig, Rebecca Davis, Sarah Neslusan, and Matt Heron Duranti. It is notable for its cast and crew featuring a large number of future members of The D-Pad, two years before either the podcast or the YouTube channel existed. In celebration of the film's tenth anniversary in 2019, its theatrical cut is set to be re-released on the YouTube channel on January 9, 2019.
