What If...? is a 2021 animated television series created by A.C. Bradley and directed by Bryan Andrews for Disney+. It stars Jeffrey Wright. It is based on the Marvel Comics series What If...?, and is the fourth television series in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The series is an anthology, with each episode presenting an alternate timeline in which an event in the past of the MCU occurred differently, potentially resulting in drastically different outcomes. The first season was covered on The D-Pad upon its release, with each of the 9 episodes reviewed in an episode of R-Rated, released from August 11, 2021.
