Rick Desilets is the creator, director, editor and one of the primary hosts of The D-Pad. He has appeared in more episodes of both the podcast and the channel than any other member, having been absent from only a single podcast episode and a handful of LP episodes over The D-Pad's six-year history. He is responsible for the creation of most of the projects featured on the channel, and is known for his completionism and dedication, researching additional information about each game played on the channel, and usually being the one to finish the games themselves after other present members have given up.
