Rick and John start a game of F-Zero, which neither of them have played before. Rick begins, playing a race on the easiest difficulty, finishing in first without any trouble. He hands over to John, who has the same result on his race, and then hands back to Rick for a third victory. The fourth race, on a track with wind that can blow the player off course, gives John some problems, but he is still narrowly able to finish in first. Rick takes over once more for the fifth and final race - there are several close calls through out, and he just barely wins with a fraction of his health left. The two deem themselves to be good at F-Zero, and joke that they should never play it again to uphold this reputation. |
