Mega Man X2 is a 1995 action-platform game developed and published by Capcom for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is part of the Mega Man franchise, and the second game in the Mega Man X series. Set six months after the events of Mega Man X, the game's story involves X leading the Maverick Hunters against the rebellion, including a new group of Mavericks named the X-Hunters who have gathered the body parts of the deceased Zero. The gameplay is mostly the same as in the first game, albeit with X's dash ability available from the start of the game rather than as a collectible. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2015, as the eighteenth weekday game and twenty-second game overall in The Mega Let's Play. The LP consisted of 21 episodes, released on weekdays from October 29 to November 24, 2015.
