995 | 1 | "A Sitcom Episode" | 18:56 | John | Rick | 9 October 2017 |
After finishing Mega Man Battle Network 4: Red Sun, Rick connects the game to Mega Man Zero 3, allowing the use of the Z-Saber as a chip in-game, which he briefly demonstrates. In a live-action intro, Rick and John introduce Zero 3, discussing its plot as well as new and changed gameplay mechanics compared to previous Zero games. After John expresses his relief that the game isn't an RPG, Rick suggests that he play it to start off. In-game, the two watch the opening cutscenes before John begins playing the intro stage. He reaches a brief cutscene where Harpuia appears, and later another one which introduces Omega. John narrowly defeats Omega in a boss fight, and Harpuia appears again to finish him, but they are interrupted by the arrival of Dr. Weil and Copy X. The group leave, and Zero is transported back to the base.
996 | 2 | "Attacking the Babies" | 22:09 | John | Rick | 10 October 2017 |
While Rick switches the SNES controller used for gameplay, John manages to accidentally reset the game. Having only just saved, he is able to reload right where he was before. He goes and speaks to Cerveau to receive his rod and boomerang weapons, then returns to the command room to pick one of the first four real levels in the game. He chooses to start off with the stage of the bizarrely-named Blazin' Flizard. Early on in the stage, he finds a way to enter "cyberspace", which is populated with Battle Network 4 enemies due to Rick linking the games. He dies several times in both the cyberspace and normal variants of the level, but eventually manages to get all the way to the end of the stage, only to be immediately killed by Blazin' Flizard and given a game over.
997 | 3 | "Don't Stub Your Balls" | 17:40 | Rick | John | 11 October 2017 |
After remapping the controls, Rick takes over for an attempt at Blazin' Flizard's stage, starting from the beginning due to the game over. While he plays through the stage, he and John discuss a musical similarity between Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces, and their feelings on the upcoming release of the latter. Rick reaches Blazin' Flizard, but the boss proves to be extremely difficult, and he soon gets another game over. He makes his way through the level from the beginning once again, but has more trouble dealing with a platforming segment over lava and dies several times. By the time he reaches Blazin' Flizard again, he only has a single life and less than half of his health left, and is almost instantly killed, giving him yet another game over.
998 | 4 | "Were We Ever Really Friends?" | 11:12 | Rick | John | 12 October 2017 |
Rick attempts Blazin' Flizard's stage yet again. While he plays through it, he and John discuss the future of the Mega Man franchise and The Mega Let's Play. He reaches the boss, and almost defeats him on the first try, but is killed right before he lands the final blow. His second attempt goes much better, and he is able to finally defeat Blazin' Flizard. After getting his rewards for beating the stage, he returns to the base. He talks to Cerveau again, and explores the other rooms of the base, before heading back to attempt another level.
999 | 5 | "Super Gingerly Boy" | 14:19 | John, Rick | 13 October 2017
John takes back control of the game, and heads to Childre Inarabitta's stage, a water level. He soon runs up against an enemy who is after the Dark Elf, and is told to run and hit a switch that "lowers the ocean's water level" to stop him, an idea he and Rick make fun of. He gets a short way in, but then immediately jumps into an instant death spike and gets a game over. After a few more attempts, he gets fed up and hands the control back to Rick. Rick dies a few times, but eventually makes it through the section and finds the Dark Elf. This starts a difficult boss fight, and Rick soon gets a game over. He attempts the level again from the beginning and eventually gets back to the boss, but is still unsuccessful and runs out of lives once more.

He reaches the Dark Elf again and gets further in the fight this time, but is still killed, receiving a game over. On his next try, he manages to reach the boss without losing any lives, and this time manages to defeat it, moving on to the second half of the level. He is unable to hit all of the water-lowering switches in this area of the level and dies a few more times trying to get through it, but eventually reaches Childre Inarabitta himself, and defeats him on the first try. He returns to the base, and talks to Cerveau to find out what items he got from the stage.
1003 | 7 | "Purple Drink" | 8:48 | Rick | John | 23 October 2017 |
Rick enters the stage of Devilbat Schilt, finding it to be the easiest of the three he has played so far. He plays through the first area of the level, makes quick work of a miniboss, and then proceeds through the rest of the stage leading up to the boss door, all with little to no real problems. When he reaches the boss, however, he finds that none of his sword attacks deal damage to the boss, and believes he must attack with the gun instead. He is quickly killed, and receives a game over.
1004 | 8 | "Nice & Hard" | 17:13 | Rick | Ben | 24 October 2017 |
Rick takes another attempt at Devilbat Schilt's stage, this time with Ben joining him instead of John. He makes his way through the stage and reaches the boss again, this time managing to defeat him relatively easily by remembering to change the element of his armor. Following this, he returns to the base and decides to explore the area in its entirety, finding a number of secret disks hidden around the place, and taking them to Cerveau to check them out. He then sets up some Cyber Elves, and heads back to Ciel to select the next level.
1005 | 9 | "Premium Cremium" | 17:23 | Rick | Ben | 24 October 2017 |
Entering Deathtanz Mantisk's stage, Rick finds that he can use flame-elemental attacks to burn down the vines covering up much of the level, opening new pathways and leading to items. He soon runs into a cutscene that introduces two "Baby Elves", followed by a miniboss which he only narrowly defeats. He then heads to the end of the stage and faces Deathtanz Mantisk himself, who proves to be quite difficult. Rick manages to defeat him on the second attempt, leading to another cutscene featuring the Baby Elves and Weil, followed by Zero returning to the base and receiving his next objective.
1007 | 10 | "Bitecoin" | 17:29 | TBA | TBA | 25 October 2017 |
After several cutscenes, Rick heads to the next stage while talking to John about Halloween. He has some difficulty getting through the stage, dying a few times and getting a game over before eventually making it to the missile right in time for it to launch with Zero on it. He heads inside the missile and faces Crea and Prea, the two Baby Elves, in a boss fight. After defeating them, the stage is completed, but several more cutscenes ensue in which Omega and the Dark Elf reappear and attack Harpuia, who is teleported back to the base along with Zero. Following this, Copy X delivers an ultimatum to Ciel, which she refuses, leading to the second group of stages in the game being unlocked.
1008 | 11 | "This Is Your Chance" | 14:34 | Rick | John | 25 October 2017 |
Only three new stages are available for Rick to try, to his surprise. He heads to Anubis Necromancess V's stage, located in a desert. He and John discuss the upcoming release of Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, and whether they will be covered on the channel. A little ways in to the level, he encounters a miniboss and dies to it. His next attempt is more successful, but he dies again a bit further into the level, resulting in a game over. Restarting from the beginning of the stage, he manages to reach the end and defeat Necromancess. Returning to the base, he re-equips his Cyber Elves before moving on to the next level.

Rick enters Hanumachine R's stage, which turns out to be filled with switches that move large blocks, requiring careful maneuvering to get through the area and obtain the hidden items. Rick manages to get a Sub-Tank from the area, then heads forward to the boss. He defeats it without too much trouble, then heads straight into Blizzack Staggroff R's stage as Lindsay shows up. Rick dies a little in to the level, but gets past that point on his next attempt and reaches the end of the stage, making quick work of Staggroff. Having defeated all three bosses that were available, he returns to the base for the next mission.

Rick enters the spike-filled stage of Copy X, narrowly avoiding death on multiple occasions and eventually finding his way to Copy X himself. A boss fight ensues, in which Copy X almost kills Rick due to his fast speed and ability to heal himself, but Rick ultimately manages to win. In a cutscene, the real X appears, and Copy X attempts to transform, but finds that Weil has betrayed him by setting off a bomb in him that destroys him instead. After some more cutscenes, Rick is returned the base, where he receives a set of four more levels to take on.

He almost dies to the boss, but just barely defeats it, completing the stage. One of the items he is rewarded with allows him to double jump; he quickly equips it and moves on to Glacier le Cactank's stage. His mission is to locate data on the Elf Wars, Omega, Weil, and the Dark Elf, which he eventually finds in an area filled with doors, only to be attacked by the boss upon getting the final piece. He quickly defeats Volteel Biblio and is returned to the base once more. He decides to keep going and head straight to the level of the last of the four bosses, Tretista Kelverian. Tretista Kelverian, Volteel Biblio, Glacier le Cactank and Cubit Foxtar are all defeated easily, allowing him to continue further into the level.
1015 | 18 | "The One and Only Zero" | 14:40 | Rick | John | 1 November 2017 |
Rick reaches the final bosses of the game. First, he faces Omega's normal form, then a giant form modeled on both X and Zero, making quick work of both. Finally, he reaches the lab where Zero woke up at the beginning of Mega Man Zero, where Weil claims that Omega is the original Zero, and Zero is merely a copy of him. Omega transforms into his Zero form, beginning the final battle, which Rick is able to win without too much trouble, thanks to his Cyber Elves. The remaining Guardians appear to attack Omega, and X arrives to reveal that Omega is not actually the original Zero, but is simply using his original body. Zero deals the final blow to Omega, ending the game. Rick and John watch the final cutscenes and credits, while they reflect on the game and look ahead to Zero 4. In a live-action outro, John is excited to move on to the concluding game in the series, but Rick reminds him of the existence of Axl, alluding to a different game. |
