The Sega CD (known as the Mega-CD outside of North America and Brazil) is an add-on for the Sega Genesis console created by Sega, released in 1991 in Japan and 1992 in North America. It is part of the fourth generation of video game consoles. 1 game from the console's library has been played on The D-Pad.
