Super Metroid is a 1994 action-adventure game developed by Nintendo R&D1 and Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the third game in the Metroid series. Super Metroid was played by The D-Pad in 2011, but was cancelled after only 5 episodes when the team believed themselves to be stuck and became frustrated with the game.
