Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest is a 1995 platform game developed by Rare and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the second game in the Donkey Kong Country series, and a sequel to Donkey Kong Country. The player controls Diddy Kong and the newly-introduced Dixie Kong as they attempt to save Donkey Kong after he is kidnapped by King K. Rool, now styling himself as the pirate Kaptain K. Rool. The game was played on The D-Pad in a one-off episode in 2023, as the second game in Donkeython and the third game in Donkeython Returns. Episodes were streamed live on the dpadfm Twitch account before being uploaded to YouTube. The LP consisted of 2 episodes, each comprising a full playthrough of the game, released from January 14, 2023 to January 26, 2025.
