2012 in The D-Pad
- The final 13 episodes of The D-Pad's Podsmiths podcast are released. The show relaunches as a live show on UNregular Radio, releasing a further 16 episodes throughout the year.
- The D-Pad continue to create Let's Plays for their YouTube channel, releasing Sonic Generations, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, the first installment of Let's Predict the Super Bowl, the Pokémon FireRed Version episodes of Pokémon Rivals, and Putting Our Guests to the Test. Additionally, they upload Rick and Bebel's auditions for King of the Nerds, and a trailer for a 7 Days a Skeptic LP that is ultimately never released. The year is marked by a sharp decrease in the frequency of YouTube content, with the channel frequently going on long hiatuses.
