Kirby: Triple Deluxe is a 2014 action-platform game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo 3DS. It is part of the Kirby franchise. The player controls Kirby as he fights against Taranza, a spider-like being who has created a giant beanstalk lifting much of Dream Land into the sky. The game returns to the standard Kirby formula, with several new abilities and a "Hypernova" feature which allows Kirby to inhale larger objects temporarily. Additional modes include the minigames "Kirby Fighters" and "Dedede's Drum Dash" and the challenge mode "Dededetour!", in which the player controls King Dedede battling through a cut-down version of the entire game. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2020, as the thirty-second game in The Dreamy Let's Play. The LP consisted of 36 episodes, released on weekdays from July 8 to September 8, 2020.
