Kirby's Dream Land 2 is a 1995 platform game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Game Boy. It is part of the Kirby franchise, and a sequel to Kirby's Dream Land. The game follows Kirby as he journeys to defeat the evil force known as Dark Matter, who has possessed King Dedede. The gameplay expands on that of Kirby's Adventure, while adding three animal companions: Rick, Kine, and Coo. Each of these animals alters Kirby's copied abilities while he rides them. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2016, as the sixth game in The Dreamy Let's Play and the eleventh game in You Do It. The LP consisted of 14 episodes; 12 covering the main game released on weekdays from May 20 to June 3, 2016, and 2 further episodes covering the "Bonus Chance" and "Boss Endurance" modes released from May 29 to May 30, 2022.
