Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon is a 1993 action-adventure game developed by Animation Magic and published by Philips Interactive Media for the Philips CD-i. Released concurrently with Link: The Faces of Evil, it is the second of three The Legend of Zelda spinoffs for the CD-i. The plot follows Princess Zelda, who travels to the land of Gamelon to save Link and the King of Hyrule from Ganon. It is notable for reversing the traditional dynamic of the series (wherein Link would save Zelda), and being the first game in the franchise to feature Zelda as a playable character. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2020, as the sixteenth weekday game in The Legendary Let's Play: A Terrible Fate, and the forty-fourth game in The Legendary Let's Play overall. The LP consisted of 13 episodes, released on weekdays from October 21 to November 22, 2020.
