Mega Man 6 is a 1994 action-platform game developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the sixth main series game in the Mega Man franchise, and the last to be released for the NES. The story follows Mega Man as he fights yet another group of eight Robot Masters, this time contestants in a worldwide robot fighting tournament that were reprogrammed by the mysterious Mr. X for the purposes of world domination. Its gameplay builds on that of Mega Man 5, with the notable new addition of several "adaptors" that allow Mega Man to combine with Rush for increased movement and battle capabilities. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2015, as the fourteenth weekday game and sixteenth game overall in The Mega Let's Play. The LP consisted of 10 episodes, released on weekdays from July 15 to July 24, 2015.
The game was revisited on The D-Pad in a one-off episode in 2022, as the twelfth event in The IInd Games, representing the sport of cross-country skiing. The episode was released on February 21, 2022.
