  |ShortSummary = In a live-action intro, Rick and John celebrate their completion of ''[[Mega Man X7]]'', and remark that there are only ten games left in the series. Rick introduces ''Command Mission'', noting its bizarre placement in the timeline of the series, the slight changes in art style, the premise of the game's story, and the characters. John quickly leaves upon learning that the game is an RPG, leaving Rick to finish introducing it. In-game, Rick and John watch the intro and opening cutscenes before John takes control of X in the Lagrano Ruins. He slowly climbs the area, picking up items and learning the game's battle mechanics through a number of random encounters along the way.

  |ShortSummary = John disables the security on the third floor, only to be confronted by a guard and forced into a battle. After defeating them, he learns about Force Metal and uses a sub-tank to heal himself before heading up to the fourth floor. There, he finds some more items, saves, then meets up with Zero, who joins the party. Immediately following this, a boss named Hippopressor attacks. The boss comes equipped with a Shark Missile capable of dealing large amounts of damage; John destroys it, along with the boss's head, before finishing the battle. Afterwards, John heads back to the save point, and equips some Force Metal on Zero. He finds that the door there is still locked, meaning he needs to head to the other side of the boss room.

  |ShortSummary = John reaches an NPC who tells him his friends are trapped on the other side of the door. He goes through and defeats the enemies, saving them. After a brief cutscene, John heads through a new part of the tower, but is interrupted by another cutscene in which the bounty hunter, now revealed to be named Spider, attacks X, only to stop when he sees Aile's ID card and decides to help him instead. Eventually, John reaches and frees Chief R, but they are interrupted by Jango, who tells them that there is an explosive device in the building. John is given a two minute time limit to stop it. After briefly wasting some time going to a storage room that turned out to only contain 100 Zenny, John goes down the correct path, only to be attacked by some enemies.

  |ShortSummary = Rick takes over control of the game and immediately heads into a boss fight against Dr. Psyche. The boss summons needles to act as separate enemies throughout the fight and quickly kills X, forcing Rick to use an item and sub-tank to heal him. Despite this, he is able to seemingly defeat the boss with relatively little trouble. Immediately afterwards, Dr. Psyche turns into an "evolved form" names Mad Nautilus, starting a second phase of the battle. This form proves much more resistant to attacks, leading Rick to switch out Massimo for Marino. Eventually, with only two characters left standing on very low health, Rick is able to narrowly defeat the boss. In a cutscene, Gaudile agrees to help the party, and Cinnamon joins as a team member, ending the fourth chapter.

This boss frequently forms a "Botos Trio" by summoning two smaller enemies that will eventually heal him significantly. Rick is able to defeat them easily enough, but this prevents him from doing decent damage to Botos himself. He gets around this problem by switching in Marino to attack all enemies simultaneously, and using her Hyper Mode to increase her speed. He ends up using the rest of this Gain Hyper items keeping her in this state. Eventually, a Hyper Mode attack from Massimo finishes off the boss. In a cutscene, Botos escapes and the team leave the desert.

However, Epsilon uses his Supra-Force Metal to power up, commencing a second phase of the fight. This turns out to be much harder, as Epsilon does far more damage to the team, and heals back to maximum after every turn, making the fight seem impossible. Rick figures out that by damaging him enough, his Supra-Force Metal can be weakened, making him lose his healing abilities and allowing the team to deal damage properly. He continues fighting Epsilon, but the battle is still extremely difficult, with him barely keeping his team alive with Backups and Cinnamon's healing. Eventually, he finds himself in an impossible situation, with Epsilon almost defeated but his team's health too low to survive long enough to finish the battle. He attempts to revive a dead Zero to perform an attack, but is instantly wiped out by Epsilon's Nova Impact.

The boss is able to raise his speed using his attacks, and Rick only narrowly manages to defeat him before he would have had four turns in a row that easily could have wiped out the party. After a brief cutscene, Rick retreats to the entrance of Far East HQ to try and save again, but is unable to. He moves forward instead, finding the main hub for the boss rush, and locates a save point at the other end of the area.

After winning, Rick leaves the secret area again to try and obtain some items.

  |ShortSummary = Rick reaches the bottom of the secret area, containing a number of items, before heading into a side room which contains Ninetails. Ninetails starts off immediately with extremely powerful attacks that almost wipe the party, and has the ability to heal 25% of his current health every turn. Rick reveals himself to have prepared extensively off-screen for the fight, having set up Decoys to heal his team somewhat after the initial attack, and given X a number of items to raise his attack power. By manipulating the order of turns, Rick is able to deal enough damage to Ninetails to stop him from healing back up to max. From there, he uses the Hyper Modes of X and Zero to deplete the rest of Ninetails' health, defeating him. Surprised at how well the battle went, Rick picks up the items left behind Ninetails as a reward, having cleared everything of note in the postgame.

From there, he uses the Hyper Modes of X and Zero to deplete the rest of Ninetails' health, defeating him. Surprised at how well the battle went, Rick picks up the items left behind Ninetails as a reward, having cleared everything of note in the postgame.

Chapter 1: Infiltrate Giga City
8571"It Is an RPG"20:00JohnRick12 June 2017 (2017-06-12)
In a live-action intro, Rick and John celebrate their completion of Mega Man X7, and remark that there are only ten games left in the series. Rick introduces Command Mission, noting its bizarre placement in the timeline of the series, the slight changes in art style, the premise of the game's story, and the characters.
8582"Cape Day"17:55JohnRick12 June 2017 (2017-06-12)
John disables the security on the third floor, only to be confronted by a guard and forced into a battle.
8593"The Hedgehog?"22:30JohnRick, Ben, Lindsay13 June 2017 (2017-06-13)
Ben and Lindsay unsuccessfully attempt to complete a "Which Hogwarts house is your cat in?" quiz as John continues to head through the Lagrano Ruins, fighting several random encounters as he heads towards the fifth floor. At the top, a cutscene ensues where X and Zero meet Epsilon, the Rebellion Army Commander. Shadow betrays the team, several of Epsilon's subordinates appear, and X and Zero are separated in the ensuing battle. X wakes up in the Resistance's hideout, and the second chapter of the game begins. John buys a few items from the shop before continuing onward through the Central Tower, facing more random encounters along the way. He eventually reaches another short cutscene, after which he finds a save point.

He heads further into the area, meeting a number of oddly-named NPCs, and a eventually a Reploid named Aile who gives X an ID card, then sacrifices himself in a cutscene to allow X to carry on. John reaches an NPC who tells him his friends are trapped on the other side of the door.
8626"This Train Has Brakes"10:32JohnRick, Ben, Lindsay16 June 2017 (2017-06-16)
John gets into a number of random encounters on the way to disable the self-destruct sequence; the time limit does not apply during the battles, allowing him to take his time defeating them. He heads through a previously locked door into another new part of the tower, where he continues to fight enemies and grab items. Rick discusses his plans for the near future as John finally gets to the button that stops the tower from self-destructing, only to learn that Jango is trying to escape via the helipad.
8657"Oh, Shoot!"16:39JohnRick, Ben, Lindsay19 June 2017 (2017-06-19)
John reaches the helipad, where a cutscene begins in which X confronts Jango, and Spider appears to help X. A boss fight with Jango ensues. John gets to know Spider's card-based special attacks during the fight, but Jango proves to be much tankier than anticipated. Spider is killed twice during the fight and has to be revived both times, and John runs out of healing items after a while. Eventually, after 52 turns, John manages to defeat Jango, who explodes upon running out of health. Another cutscene plays, ending the second chapter of the game.
Chapter 3: The Paper Hero
8668"Gong the Dong"14:19JohnRick20 June 2017 (2017-06-20)
John explores the now-safe Central Tower, which has become the main hub area for the game, with access to previously-visited locations available. He heads to a number of different places within the tower, looking at shops and other features and talking to more oddly-named NPCs. Eventually John gets bored of exploring and wants to head to the next mission, only to briefly become lost in the corridors of the tower. He finds his way back to the Base Command Room, where he enters the teleport to Tianna Camp, the location of the next mission.
8689"Bustin' 'Roids with Assimo"17:26JohnRick21 June 2017 (2017-06-21)
John begins the third chapter of the game at Tianna Camp. Immediately upon entering, he is joined by a third party member, Massimo. He heads through a long series of corridors where he must dodge security sensors in order to proceed, then gets to a more standard area filled with random encounters. Meanwhile, Rick and John discuss the biggest announcements from Nintendo at E3, including Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, Kirby, Yoshi, Metroid Prime 4, and the main series Pokémon game for Nintendo Switch.
86910"Death House"16:17JohnRick22 June 2017 (2017-06-22)
John continues through Tianna Camp, as he and Rick have a long discussion speculating on the content of the Pokémon game for the Switch. They also talk about the announcement of cross-console compatibility for Minecraft, and criticize Sony for their handling of the situation. John eventually becomes confused as to where to go next, passing by a corridor containing a number of locked doors multiple times, but not knowing how to open them. Eventually, Rick points out a terminal in plain sight that turns out to open all of the doors.
87111"Dober Man"17:15JohnRick23 June 2017 (2017-06-23)
John talks to the newly-freed prisoners, some of which give him items, and some of which turn out to secretly be enemies named Dober Man. Rick and John discuss their hopes for a potential Smash game on the Switch as John continues to head through the area and battle enemies. Along the way, John begins to get frustrated with the game's very high encounter rate. Soon after, he reaches a prisoner who gives him a Prison ID and tells him that he needs to defeat the warden, Silver Horn.

He eventually reaches the room where they are located, and after defeating some security guards, Nana agrees to help the party. John then encounters a series of puzzles that require stepping on floor tiles in a specific order that needs to be memorized, prompting Rick to remember John's handling of a similar puzzle during Mega Man & Bass. After completing the floor puzzles, a cutscene begins in which it is revealed that the "Massimo" in the party is not the real Massimo; he leaves the party afterwards.
87513"Dramatic Detachment"16:14JohnRick27 June 2017 (2017-06-27)
John heads to where Massimo is; he rejoins the party immediately. The party learn that something has happened to Nana, and head forward to find her being attacked by Silver Horn, leading into a lengthy boss fight. John is able to defeat him, and a series of cutscenes ensues in which Massimo reveals his secret to the rest of the party. Following this, the third chapter of the game is completed, and the party returns to Central Tower, where they receive their next mission - gaining the support of Professor Gaudile.

87714"Hard, Working People"16:36JohnRick28 June 2017 (2017-06-28)
Nana introduces the Treasure Radar using the Game Boy Advance Link Cable; Rick entertains the idea of recording some footage of it later in the LP. John discovers a jukebox that allows the playback of music and previous cutscenes. He then enters Guadile Laboratory, beginning the game's fourth chapter. After a few random battles, John sees a cutscene that introduces another mysterious character. Rick discusses the Fine Bros controversy and the nature of drama-based YouTube channels as John continues to fight enemies in the area.
87815"Hot Chicks and the Platypus"19:07JohnRick29 June 2017 (2017-06-29)
John reaches a room where he meets Dr. Psyche, who orders his guards to attack the party. After defeating them, a series of cutscenes play that quickly introduce several new characters. Rick tells a story of a years-old argument on the Let's Play subreddit, and John takes the time to equip some Force Metal on his three characters. He then moves on through the area, getting into more random battles. One of these battles involves a group of "Rabbids" that manage to kill Massimo and bring X to low health, and continually call for help, summoning more enemies. John ultimately beats them after being forced to use several items.

John heads through more areas of the laboratory and defeats several random encounter enemies before eventually reaching an area with another cutscene, after which Marino joins the party. Rick and John speculate on characters in a potential Smash Bros. game for the Switch while John continues through the area.
88418"A Crazy Nuclear Gang Beating"26:04RickJohn, Ben4 July 2017 (2017-07-04)
Rick takes over control of the game and immediately heads into a boss fight against Dr.
Chapter 5: Maverick Hunters Join Forces
88619"Zero, A6, Bingo!"18:28RickBen5 July 2017 (2017-07-05)
Back at the Central Tower, a cutscene reveals that Zero may still be alive. Rick heads to Ulfat Factory with a team of X, Marino and Massimo to begin the fifth chapter of the game. While there, he tries to figure out the Force Metal refining interface, changes some of his characters' equipment, and gets into several random encounters. After a lengthy battle against a resilient enemy named Mega Mantor, Rick re-arranges his equipment and Force Metal again.
88720"That Cutthroat Kind of Shit"22:47RickBen6 July 2017 (2017-07-06)
Rick continues through the Ulfat Factory, trying and failing to figure out how the game's map mechanic works along the way. Rick and Ben discuss people's attitudes at competitive card and video gaming tournaments as Rick fights a number of random encounters within the area, some including an enemy that surrenders during battles, healing the team and then running away if allowed to. He also moves through a long series of rooms filled with motion detectors that trigger a fight when activated.
88821"Thanks for Beating the Shit out of Me"15:28RickBen7 July 2017 (2017-07-07)
During a cutscene, the party encounter a new Reploid who quickly reveals himself to be a disguised Axl; he joins the party. Rick rotates Axl into the active team, replacing Massimo. He comes across a save point, thinks that it must be the correct way to go, then decides to double back to explore an alternate path. After clearing out the area and fighting several more random battles, he returns to the save point.
88922"A Robot Made This Show"17:38RickJohn10 July 2017 (2017-07-10)
Rick and John discuss Rick's recent vacation while he continues through the Ulfat Factory, playing the game for the first time after several weeks away. They also bring up a 2006 list of most popular RPGs, and the state of the three current major consoles, as Rick deals with a number of lengthy battles against random encounter enemies.
89023"The Dog Penis Whisperer"17:10RickJohn11 July 2017 (2017-07-11)
Rick is still in the Ulfat Factory, in a single large room filled with changing conveyor belts and security guards. He has a few very long battles against these enemies, made even longer by their tendency to constantly heal each other after being attacked. This goes on long enough in one instance that Rick resorts to activating Hyper Mode just to end the battle.
89124"Two and a Half Years"13:40RickJohn12 July 2017 (2017-07-12)
A brief cutscene reintroduces Zero to the story. Rick and John talk about the future of The Mega Let's Play, games they'd like to play on the channel, and the SNES Mini. In another cutscene, the party meet up with Zero again, and chase after Mach Jentra. Rick re-equips Zero and heads through a new area, where he fights a few more random encounters.
89225"A Really Sweet-Ass Ham Sandwich"23:16RickJohn13 July 2017 (2017-07-13)
Rick enters a battle against Mach Jentra. Marino is immediately defeated in the fight, leaving Rick with only two party members alive for the duration. He puts up a good fight against the boss, but is eventually overwhelmed and defeated, resulting in the first death of the game. He is allowed to restart from the beginning of the battle, giving him a second attempt at the boss. After a very long battle, Rick manages to defeat him.
89326"Security Guard Destruction Simulator 4000"12:09RickJohn14 July 2017 (2017-07-14)
Mach Jentra's death results in the activation of the Duboar, a system that sends forth many waves of security guards to attack the party. Rick battles through a few such waves, but is beginning to worry about his party's longevity when a cutscene interrupts the fighting, and Axl disables the security system by briefly transforming into Jentra. After this, the party leave the Ulfat Factory, and the fifth chapter is completed.
Chapter 6: The Meaning of Friendship
89427"Blood Dad"15:01RickJohn, Ben, Lindsay17 July 2017 (2017-07-17)
Zero leaves the party upon returning to Central Tower, and several cutscenes ensue. Rick starts the next mission at Gimialla Mine, beginning the sixth chapter of the game. He begins to explore the area and fight random enemies while the group discuss the recent announcement of the next actor to play the Doctor in Doctor Who. Rick obtains the Booster Parts, giving him the ability to break boulders by dashing.
89528"Rettungsweste"17:08RickJohn, Ben, Lindsay18 July 2017 (2017-07-18)
The group discuss German words as Rick continues to work through Gimialla Mine. John talks about his future travel plans and Ian's new job. Rick begins to get tired of random battles, fleeing from one rather than fighting through it. He picks up 800 Force Metal Energy (written as 800FME) and briefly becomes confused trying to find it in his inventory.
89629"Murky Buckets"30:55RickJohn, Ben, Lindsay19 July 2017 (2017-07-19)
Rick fights through some more random encounters, and the group discuss the recent events in the Pokémon Sun and Moon Nuzlocke. Rick reaches a cutscene where Shadow reappears, initiating a boss fight. Initially thinking that the fight may be a forced loss, Rick is able to deal enough damage to end the encounter, although Shadow is still alive. Another cutscene ensues, in which Zero suddenly returns, before a second phase of the battle starts. Rick comes close to dying in this second fight, only surviving by using Cinnamon's healing abilities at the last minute, but eventually defeats Shadow.
89730"A Misery Elemental"15:30RickJohn, Ben, Lindsay20 July 2017 (2017-07-20)
Rick continues through Gimialla Mine, but has trouble keeping Zero alive in battles due to him being left on low health after the boss fight. The group discuss the SNES Mini, and Rick encounters a brief item trading quest that allows him to proceed further. Reaching a save point, he briefly considers going back to the base to heal, but decides against it.
89931"Orgasm Girl"14:40RickJohn, Ben, Lindsay21 July 2017 (2017-07-21)
The group discuss the quality of the Sonic series while Rick gets into a very long encounter with some elemental enemies. During the fight, he is able to use Cinnamon's special ability to finally get Zero's health higher than one, but is unable to end the fight for a long time due to the enemies continually healing themselves. Once he finally defeats them, he heads back to the nearby save point.
90232"Optimism or Idiocy?"18:33RickJohn, Lindsay24 July 2017 (2017-07-24)
Rick gets into several more long, unavoidable battles with the elemental enemies. In the second of these fights, the enemies deal so much damage and heal so frequently that he is eventually overwhelmed and loses the battle. He is far more successful on the next attempt, managing to defeat them with few problems, and moves onward.
90333"Scorching Frames"15:46RickJohn, Lindsay25 July 2017 (2017-07-25)
Rick defeats the last group of elemental enemies and continues onward to a cutscene, which leads to a boss fight with Incentas. He has the power to change elemental properties and quickly defeats Axl, leaving Rick with only two characters for the remainder of the fight. Rick attempts to survive and defeat the boss regardless, but eventually realizes he is "delaying the inevitable" and loses the fight.
90434"Locked"12:47RickJohn, Lindsay26 July 2017 (2017-07-26)
Lindsay leaves at the very beginning of the episode. Rick restarts the fight with Incentas, taking care to try and keep his entire time alive this time. He uses several shield and speed buffs on Cinnamon to make her more useful, but an unexpected attack from Incentas kills Axl anyway, leaving Rick vulnerable, and the rest of the party is soon defeated as well. He attempts the battle a third time, and decides to make use of his Gain Hyper items to have a better chance of winning.
90535"The Mach Jentrifier"14:00RickJohn27 July 2017 (2017-07-27)
Rick uses several of his Gain Hyper items to keep his team in Hyper Mode; this makes Cinnamon more resistant, and Axl and Spider invulnerable entirely. Using this strategy he is able to keep the entire team alive during the fight while continuously damaging Incentas. After a while, he succeeds in finally defeating the boss. In a cutscene, Incentas locks the party in a room and sets a timer for a bomb. Spider sacrifices himself to allow the rest of the team to escape. They return to Central Tower, ending chapter 6.
Chapter 7: Block Transmissions
90636"A Hail Mary out of Your Sphincter"14:15RickJohn28 July 2017 (2017-07-28)
After the Incentas incident, Rick decides to take some time to build up his team and make them more effective as preparation for the next chapter. He starts by exploring Central Tower, buying a few weapons from one shop and many revival items from another. He then makes use of the game's item trading system to get several more weapon upgrades for X and Zero. Finally, he equips his party with their new items, buys some Force Metal, and heads back towards the Base Command Room.
90937"Stickmata"17:30RickJohn31 July 2017 (2017-07-31)
Rick teleports to the next area and begins the seventh chapter. It turns out to be a desert, where it's impossible to see what is ahead and very difficult to navigate. He explores some of the area and fights several battles, then finds a locked door and begins searching for a way to open it. Rick and John discuss the upcoming revival of Rocko's Modern Life as Rick continues to battle enemies in the desert.
91038"Heterostorm"15:45RickJohn1 August 2017 (2017-08-01)
Rick and John continue to discuss reboots and cartoons while Rick explores the desert. Soon Rick becomes frustrated, having still not figured out where to go or what to do next. He finds his way back to the locked door, but is unaware of where the device to open it is located. He continues to fight enemies in random encounters, as he and John talk about the future of The Mega Let's Play.
91139"Hardly a Fight"19:57RickJohn2 August 2017 (2017-08-02)
Rick continues to aimlessly wander the desert, fighting random battles along the way. Fed up of looking for a solution, he asks John to look it up online. John finds directions to a specific square on the map and tries to direct Rick to it, having been told that a cutscene will begin once he is there. Rick heads to the area, but nothing happens, making John consider that he might have gotten the square wrong.
91240"I'm Gonna Have Someone Go Down"19:20RickJohn3 August 2017 (2017-08-03)
Rick stumbles across the spot that activates the cutscene by complete accident. A reploid named Ferham appears and pushes the party into quicksand, causing them to fall through to an underground area. The area is maze-like, and contains a number of switches that must be activated in order to open doors. Rick explores some of the area, defeating a number of enemies and pressing a few of the switches.
91341"Asshole Sun"15:55RickJohn4 August 2017 (2017-08-04)
Rick continues through the area with the switches and eventually reaches an elevator. He decides to first go back and find the one red switch he missed, eventually reaching it after a number of battles. Rick and John discuss the former's recent offscreen playthrough of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD and rank the quality of the various Zelda re-releases. Rick heads towards the newly unlocked door, but continues to have to fight through endless random encounters along the way.
91642"Disaster Artists"16:14RickJohn7 August 2017 (2017-08-07)
Rick and John discuss The Room and other bad movies as Rick finishes exploring the maze area. He then heads back to the elevator and goes up, viewing a cutscene introducing some new antagonists along the way. While investigating a new area, Rick begins to get fed up with the constant encounters and starts running away from some of them. He ends up looping back around to the elevator, and heads back downstairs to save again.
91743"My Sphincter Is Covered in Lactose"19:18RickJohn8 August 2017 (2017-08-08)
Rick heads back up the elevator continues to explore the newest area of the Vanallia Desert while he and John talk about their next Patreon goal - the reading of The Eye of Argon. This leads into a discussion about Dungeons & Dragons and its relation to RPGs of the time. Rick eventually reaches a dead end of sealed doors on the floor he is exploring and takes the elevator down to a lower one.
91944"Dungeons & Dragon Quest"16:34RickJohn9 August 2017 (2017-08-09)
Rick and John continue their conversation about Dungeons & Dragons and 1980s RPGs as Rick keeps battling enemies in the same area of Vanallia Desert; the repetitiveness of these sections prompts John to suggest increasing the episode length of the series. They also discuss their plans for the upcoming MAGFest.
92045"I'm So Good at Murder"17:10RickJohn10 August 2017 (2017-08-10)
Rick continues through Vanailla Desert, but gets confused as to where he is meant to go next, eventually discovering that he needs to redirect some lasers to open the way forward. He continues to be frustrated with the repetitiveness of the area and the high random encounter rate. He searches the earlier floors to see if any of the previously locked doors have opened, but most of the them are still sealed. Eventually he finds one newly-opened door on the top floor, which leads him to a new room with a few items.
92246"DTS?"13:59RickJohn12 August 2017 (2017-08-12)
Rick finds that a door on the lower floor has been unlocked through his actions. It leads to another laser room, and he realizes he will have to alternate between floors while continuing to unlock doors. He and John discuss the upcoming remake of Final Fantasy VII and the changing attitudes towards RPG mechanics over the years. Rick sets about exploring the rest of the locked areas, but is confused by a number of items that are encased in glass and cannot be collected. Eventually, he unlocks the last area he hasn't yet explored, but is wary of a possible boss fight and heads to the save point before entering it.
92547"I'm a Portly Southern Robot"22:15RickJohn14 August 2017 (2017-08-14)
Rick finally gets out of the elevator area and, after a cutscene, begins the fight with the boss of the chapter, Botos.

He also takes another look at the shops in Central Tower, before returning to Nana to begin the next chapter. Eventually, Gaudile figures out that a missile is going to be launched from the area, and tells X to stop it. He then runs into another cutscene and another fight with Botos, who oddly ends the fight and runs away after taking a single hit, leaving Rick to continue exploring the area.

Rick runs into Botos again. He creates a fake duplicate of himself and runs in two different directions. Rick heads one way and encounters what seems to be the real Botos, but he runs away at the beginning of the battle again. He chases several real and fake versions of Botos through various hallways, battling a few of them, before eventually reaching a cutscene where Ferham reappears, starting a boss fight. After a drawn-out fight, during which the group is amused by Ferham's over-the-top screams upon being damaged, Rick manages to defeat her. In a cutscene, she falls off the platform, meaning that the party needs to head back down there to obtain her key.

Upon returning to the base, Rick immediately gets into a boss fight with Scarface. He finds that the boss absorbs electricity, making the fight much more difficult due to the large number of electric weapons on his team. As such, he is forced to switch in less-used team members like Axl and Massimo. After an extremely long battle, he manages to defeat Scarface and views some more cutscenes, then heads back towards the Base Command Room to begin the next chapter.

The area is filled with security beams that block progress until a battle with some enemies is defeated. He begins to work through the area while he and John talk about the channel's recent 6000 subscriber milestone and the future of some of the Franchise Plays.

Along the way, he figures out that the security beams will also stop if the battle is run away from, and it is not necessary to defeat them. During all of this, the two talk about C/J, and John tells several long stories about his accountant and taxes.

He reaches a room filled with items, then an area that can be moved, changing the destinations of the exit door. He works through this area, fighting even more random battles along the way, as he and John continue discussing a variety of different topics.
94458"Can't Find the Salt"14:17RickJohn29 August 2017 (2017-08-29)
Having discovered that the postgame content requires keys obtained from sending teams out on a search, Rick heads back to Central Tower to do so. He then returns to the glacier and gets back to the area he was at before. He finally makes his way past it, and encounters a boss fight against Commander Epsilon's elite guard.
94659"A Back-End Guy"25:14RickJohn30 August 2017 (2017-08-30)

94760"He Punched Me So Hard I Almost Died"43:21RickJohn31 August 2017 (2017-08-31)
Rick faces off against Epsilon. The fight is lengthy, but doesn't initially seem to be very difficult, and Rick depletes Epsilon's health bar, believing he has won.
94961"Really, Really Fucked"31:50RickJohn1 September 2017 (2017-09-01)
Rick attempts the Epsilon fight a second time, getting through the first phase without too many problems once again, but running into trouble in the second phase. Despite knowing the battle and having a better idea of how to win, a few mistakes and a few unexpected moves by Epsilon result in Rick losing once more after another long fight.

Back at Central Tower, Rick checks out the results of the teams he sent to various areas, finding that they brought back one of the required keys for the postgame. He deploys some more teams to search for the other ones. In a series of cutscenes, Repips betrays the party, having them attacked at Central Tower and branded as traitors. The party heads to Far East HQ, commencing the final chapter. Rick spends some time buying a number of items from several nearby shops and re-equipping his party, before heading up an elevator to the main area.
95564"Eight Super-Powered Robot Masters"20:38RickJohn6 September 2017 (2017-09-06)
Much to Rick and John's annoyance, the area they have entered turns out to be a boss rush. Rick faces off against a much more powerful version of Wild Jango in the first battle.

Rick takes on the next boss rematch, against Mach Gentra. Once again, the boss has been given a significant upgrade from the original fight, and once again Rick spends quite some time battling it. Having cleared the boss rush, Rick prepares to take on the final section of the game.
96569"Fish with the Legs of a Man"28:32RickJohn, Lindsay15 September 2017 (2017-09-15)
Rick heads on to a boss battle against a new enemy, Depth Dragoon. The battle turns out to be long and fairly challenging, a situation not helped by Rick confusing accidentally healing the boss with a powerful thunder attack. Eventually, he manages to defeat the boss, and heads back down the elevator to save.
96670"Here Grows Nothing"20:11RickJohn, Lindsay16 September 2017 (2017-09-16)
After running away from a few random encounters in the hallways, Rick finally meets Colonel Redips and begins the final battles of the game. He defeats Redips' first phase relatively easily, leading to a cutscene in which Redips reveals himself to have been in disguise as Spider all along, then flees. Rick moves onward through several more hallways, then heads up an elevator and through a teleporter.
96871"Mobile Suit Kefka Gundam Sigma Sephiroth"41:52RickJohn, Ben, Lindsay17 September 2017 (2017-09-17)
Rick heads through a hallway, at the end of which is a cutscene that begins the final battle with Redips. Ben arrives, and feigns shock at the revelation that Redips was Spider. A short while into the battle, Ferham appears and attacks Redips, removing his healing capabilities. Rick continues the fight and, after some time, manages to defeat Redips. The group watch the closing cutscenes, but are confused by the events that transpire and the sudden lack of subtitles, then watch the credits, speculating on the future of the Mega Man franchise as they do so. In a live-action outro, Rick notes the poor sales of Command Mission in both Japan and the U.S., then pulls out a Game Boy Advance cartridge of the next Mega Man game. Back in the game, Rick tells the group that Command Mission contains a small amount of postgame content, much to Ben's dismay.

Rick checks on his scout teams again, finding that he now has four of the five required keys for the postgame. He looks around Central Tower, trying to find the teleporter that will lead him to past areas in the game. Eventually, John has to look it up, and Rick heads to it and teleports to Lagrano Ruins. There, he enters a locked door using the Lagrano Key and finds some items and some hidden shops selling powerful equipment. Unable to afford most of it, he decides to leave it for later, and heads back to the Central Tower.

Rick continues the series of battles located in the Eternal Forest section of Gaudile Laboratory, each one of which is a step up in difficulty from the previous one. Eventually, he reaches the final battle, against a group of dangerous enemies named Belladonna which continuously heal themselves. After a lengthy fight, he defeats them and moves on to the final room, where he is rewarded with a number of rare items. He then leaves the Eternal Forest and heads to the exit of Gaudile Laboratory.

Opening it, he reaches a series of difficult battles, culminating in a fight against Rafflesian and several Belladonna enemies. He manages to defeat them and claims his reward of an "ultimate armor" for X. He tests out the extremely powerful new abilities for X and Zero in a few random battles, with the group finding Zero's one in particular amusing. With nothing left to do in Tianna Camp, he heads towards the exit, and the final chunk of postgame content.
9806"Talking Up This Episode & Nothing Actually Happens"17:58RickJohn27 September 2017 (2017-09-27)
Rick searches Central Tower for the locked door that will lead him to the last section of the postgame, getting lost several times but eventually finding it. He soon finds himself in a battle against Onetail, the first of the series of superbosses that close out the postgame. The fight proves to be insanely difficult, with Onetail continually healing himself and dealing massive damage to the entire party every turn. Rick soon realizes that he can't win the battle, and allows Onetail to defeat him.
9817"A Reasonable Amount of Damage"8:58RickJohn28 September 2017 (2017-09-28)
Rick returns to fight Onetail again, with a new strategy. His plan is to wait until all three characters (X, Zero and Marino) have their Hyper Modes ready, then to overwhelm Onetail with his teams most powerful attacks before he can heal back to full. Although he forgets to put Zero in Hyper Mode and accidentally uses his default Action Trigger, he is still able to deal enough damage to defeat the boss.
9838"Don't Do That"19:00RickJohn29 September 2017 (2017-09-29)
Rick fights against the second in the final series of postgame bosses, Twotails, having to deal with two of them at once. He tries a strategy of focusing on one of them at a time, but their constant changing of elements results in Rick accidentally healing the boss by over 20000 health while using Zero's ultimate attack. Despite this setback, he is able to keep his party alive and eventually defeat one of the two bosses, making it much easier to finish off the remaining one. After winning, Rick leaves the secret area again to try and obtain some items.
9849"He's Gotta Know"16:02RickJohn1 October 2017 (2017-10-01)
Returning to the Central Tower's secret area with Kitty Gloves (but forgetting to equip them), Rick begins the battle with Threetails. Similar to the previous fight, there are now three enemies, with vastly better healing capabilities. Using the same strategy as before, Rick focuses on one of the three at a time and is able to defeat two of them without too many problems. The last remaining enemy begins to heal more frequently, prolonging the fight by a few more minutes, but Rick is soon able to defeat that one as well.
98510"A Real Heavy Ball Beater"17:59RickJohn1 October 2017 (2017-10-01)
Rick faces off against Fourtails, who almost instantly wipes out the party with a powerful attack. He reloads his save and returns to the secret area to attempt the fight again, this time with a slightly better team composition and strategy. Having learned from John's wiki browsing that the attack in question is more powerful the more health the boss is, Rick manages to survive the initial attacks and take down enough of the boss's health to be in a much better position for the rest of the battle. Eventually, he defeats Fourtails, and reequips his party with some of the powerful weapons he has picked up recently.
98611"Where They Make All the Cereal"8:11RickJohn, Lindsay2 October 2017 (2017-10-02)
Rick returns to the secret area once more to fight Fivetails. This time, there are three of them at the start of the battle, and they have the ability to call for help and summon more. Luckily, two of them self-destruct almost immediately, and the surviving one only calls for help once. On top of this, the bosses have lower health than the rest of the Ninetails clan, allowing Rick to defeat the two of them fairly easily. He heads back up to heal yet again.
98712"Curve Over Oh Boy"17:57RickJohn, Lindsay3 October 2017 (2017-10-03)
Rick restocks on items at a shop before heading back to the secret area for the next boss fight, Sixtails. The gimmick of the Sixtails fight is that the party must defeat him before he can take ten turns. Rick responds to this by constantly using his strongest attacks on the boss as quickly as possible, but is worried that it won't be enough. Eventually, by manipulating the Action Trigger charge mechanic and using a Gain Hyper on Zero as a last-ditch move, Rick is able to defeat the boss with only a single turn left on the timer.
98913"A Little Friend to Keep You Company"12:13RickJohn, Lindsay4 October 2017 (2017-10-04)
Rick returns to the secret area once again for the fight against Seventails. This time, there are two of him, both with less health than most of the Ninetails clan but with the ability to power up their stats every time they take damage, as well as regular healing. By waiting until his team are almost at max weapon energy to attack and only focusing on one of the pair at a time, Rick manages to destroy one Seventails, then the other, without too much difficulty. He heads back upstairs to heal, while John and Lindsay discuss the origin of the nine-tailed fox legend which inspired the design of the Ninetails clan.
99014"Corpse Pose"8:23RickJohn, Lindsay5 October 2017 (2017-10-05)
John tells a story about yoga as Rick heads back downstairs and faces the penultimate boss in the game, Eighttails. Once again, there are two copies of the boss, but this fight proves to be even easier than Seventails. Rick defeats the two enemies one by one, and becomes unnerved by how relatively simple the fights are getting, believing they are setting him up to be caught off guard by Ninetails. He goes back upstairs to heal one last time, before returning to fight the game's final battle.
99215"Some First-World Enhancements"13:05RickJohn, Ben7 October 2017 (2017-10-07)
Rick reaches the bottom of the secret area, containing a number of items, before heading into a side room which contains Ninetails.
