Mega Man Network Transmission is a 2003 platform game developed by Arika and published by Capcom for the GameCube. It is part of the Mega Man franchise, and a spin-off in the Mega Man Battle Network series. It is the second side-scrolling Battle Network game, following the WonderSwan Color game Mega Man Battle Network WS. Set between Mega Man Battle Network and Mega Man Battle Network 2, the plot follows Lan as he investigates the mysterious "Zero Virus" causing havoc on the Net. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2015, as the fourth weekend game and twenty-first game overall in The Mega Let's Play. The LP consisted of 17 episodes; 16 covering the main game and 1 covering the postgame, released on weekends from October 19 to December 21, 2015.
