Resident Evil: Director's Cut is a 1997 survival horror game developed and published by Capcom for the PlayStation. It is an updated version of the 1996 game of the same name, and the first entry in the Resident Evil franchise. The story follows Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, members of the S.T.A.R.S. task force, as they investigate a zombie-infested mansion on the outskirts of Raccoon City. It is one of the twenty PlayStation games included in the PlayStation Classic dedicated console. This version of the game was played on The D-Pad in 2020, as the fourteenth game in their PlayStation Classic series. The episode was released on December 22, 2020.
