Mega Man 5 is a 1992 action-platform game developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the fifth main series games in the Mega Man franchise. The player controls Mega Man as he attempts to save a kidnapped Dr. Light from Proto Man, who is also attacking the world with a new group of eight Robot Masters. The gameplay is very similar to Mega Man 4 with several refinements, and the notable new addition of Beat, a robotic bird that can be summoned to attack enemies. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2015, as the ninth weekday game and eleventh game overall in The Mega Let's Play. The LP consisted of 9 episodes, released on weekdays from April 18 to April 29, 2015.
