Spider-Man: Far From Home is a 2019 superhero film directed by Jon Watts and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. It stars Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, J.B.Smoove, Jacob Batalon, Martin Starr, Marisa Tomei, and Jake Gyllenhaal. It is based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man, and is the second film in the second rebooted Spider-Man series, a sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming, and the twenty-third film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It serves as an epilogue to the first three "Phases" of the MCU, collectively known as the Infinity Saga. The story centers on Peter Parker, as he teams up with Nick Fury and an interdimensional traveler known as Mysterio to battle creatures known as the Elementals whilst on a school trip to Europe.

The film was covered on The D-Pad before its release, with an episode of The D-Pad Reacts covering the film's trailer released on May 7, 2019. It was later reviewed on the channel in an episode of R-Rated, released on December 18, 2021.
