Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival is a 2015 party game developed by Nintendo EPD and NDcube and published by Nintendo for the Wii U. It is a spin-off of the Animal Crossing franchise. It involves a virtual board game similar to Mario Party, though the events are more based on random chance, and makes exclusive use of amiibo functionality. The game was played on The D-Pad in a one-off episode in 2024, as the third game in The Ultimate Wii U. The episode was released on December 1, 2024.
