Mega Man Star Force is a 2007 anime series directed by Takao Kato and written by Kenichi Araki. It is part of the Mega Man franchise, and based on the Mega Man Star Force series of games. Like the games, it follows the schoolboy Geo Stelar and the alien "FM-ian" Omega-Xis, who merge together to become Mega Man and battle electromagnetic wave-based beings who threaten the planet. It is a distant sequel to Mega Man NT Warrior, set 200 years after the events of that show. The series ran for 76 15-minute episodes across two seasons, the first adapting the events of Mega Man Star Force, and the second, entitled Mega Man Star Force Tribe, covering Mega Man Star Force 2. The first 25 episodes of season 1 were dubbed into English and aired on the short-lived streaming service Toonami Jetstream, with pairs of the original Japanese episode combined into 30-minute episodes. However, the second half of season 1 and all of season 2 were never released in English, and the series itself ended after Tribe, with no adaptation of the third game in the series ever produced.

The series was covered on The D-Pad in 2021, as part of The Mega Let's Play. A Seriesly episode covering the first season was released on April 11, 2021, followed by another episode covering Tribe on March 11, 2023.
