Kirby: Right Back at Ya! is a 2002 anime series directed by Sōji Yoshikawa and Mitsuo Kusakabe and written by Yoshikawa. It is based on the Kirby franchise, and follows the inexperienced Star Warrior Kirby as he lands on the planet Popstar. Together with his allies Tiff and Taff he works to defeat the evil Nightmare, while also dealing with threats from King Dedede. The series ran continuously for 100 episodes, all of which were dubbed into English and aired on Foxbox, although some episodes were aired out of order. A special 3D bonus episode was released in 2009, and dubbed into English in 2012. Three select episodes were released as bonus content in the compilation game Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition, also in 2012.

The series was briefly covered on The D-Pad in 2018, in a mock episode of Seriesly followed by a short episode of D-Pad + Chill reacting to the show's 2000 pilot, both of which were contained within the first episode of their Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land LP as part of The Dreamy Let's Play, released on March 2, 2018.
