Final Fantasy VI is a 1994 role-playing game developed and published by Square for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the sixth main titel in the Final Fantasy series, and the final one to be released for the SNES. The Super NES Classic Edition re-release of the game was played by The D-Pad in 2017, as the twentieth game in the series of the same name. The LP consisted of a single episode; it was released on October 30, 2017.
In 2019, the game was revisited on the channel, this time played on The Joystick. Episodes were streamed live on The D-Pad's Twitch account before being posted to YouTube. The LP began on April 4, 2019.
