Kirby Super Star is a 1996 action-platform game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is part of the Kirby series, and is a collection of several different, shorter "mini-games". The game was played by The D-Pad in 2016 as the tenth game in The Dreamy Let's Play; the series debuted on August 11, 2016, and concluded on September 4, 2016, after 19 episodes. A year later, the Super NES Classic Edition re-release was played on the channel, as the seventeenth game in the Super NES Classic Edition series. A single episode was released on October 25, 2017.
