  |ShortSummary = After viewing the intro sequence and opening cutscenes, Rick plays through the tutorial level to begin the game proper. He enters World 1-1, trying to perfect the level by getting all of the collectibles within it, which he manages to do. He moves on to the second and third stages of world 1, completing them both just a few items short of a perfect. Finally, he tries out the fourth stage, culminating in a fight against Burt the Bashful, the game's first miniboss. He defeats Burt easily and completes the stage with a perfect, before deciding to move on to the next game.

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island is a 1995 platform game developed by Nintendo EAD and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is part of the Mario franchise. While branded as a sequel to the 1991 game Super Mario World, the game is in fact a prequel to the entire Mario franchise, featuring Baby Mario and starring Yoshi as the playable character. The gameplay is significantly different from its predecessor due to this, with Yoshi having a different control scheme based on hovering, ground-pounding, and acquiring eggs which can be fired at enemies. Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island is one of the twenty-one games included in the Super NES Classic Edition dedicated console.
