Worlds Collide: Final Fantasy VI Randomizer is a 2020 role-playing game, and a ROM hack of the 1994 Super Nintendo Entertainment System game Final Fantasy VI, randomizing the player's characters and their abilities and giving them the ability to move freely between the World of Balance and the World of Ruin, exploring every area of the game in whatever order they choose. The game was played on The D-Pad by Dave in 2021, first as a one-off solo LP, and then as a series of races with other members and viewers of the channel. Episodes were streamed live on the dpadfm Twitch account before being uploaded to YouTube. The LP consisted of 3 episodes, released from September 14 to November 25, 2021.
