Tomb Raider is a 2013 action-adventure game developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. It is the tenth main installment in the Tomb Raider franchise, and acts as a reboot of the series. The plot follows Lara Croft, whose first expedition is interrupted when she becomes stranded on the island of Yamatai. She works to save her friends and escape the island while evading a mysterious cult. The gameplay augments traditional Tomb Raider elements with mechanics influenced by role-playing and survival-based games. The PC version of the game was played on The D-Pad by Geoff in 2021. Episodes were streamed live on the dpadfm Twitch account before being posted to YouTube. The LP consisted of 5 episodes, released from June 17 to July 16, 2021.
