Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest is a 1995 platform game developed by Rare and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the second game in the Donkey Kong Country series, and a sequel to Donkey Kong Country. The player controls Diddy Kong and the newly-introduced Dixie Kong as they attempt to save Donkey Kong after he is kidnapped by King K. Rool, now styling himself as the pirate Kaptain K. Rool. The game was played on The D-Pad in a one-off episode in 2023, as the second game in Donkeython. The episode was streamed live on YouTube before being reuploaded on January 14, 2023.
