Midnight Resistance is a 1991 run and gun game developed by ISCO and Opera House and published by Sega for the Sega Genesis. It is a port of a 1989 arcade game. The player controls Johnny Ford as he attempts to rescue his family from a drug trafficking entity known as King Crimson. It is one of the sixty games included in the Sega Genesis Mini 2 dedicated console. This version of the game was played on The D-Pad in a one-off episode in 2022, as the twenty-seventh game in their Sega Genesis Mini 2 series. The episode was released on November 30, 2022.
