Actraiser Renaissance is a 2021 platform game developed by Square Enix and Sonic Powered and published by Square Enix for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. It is a high-definition remake of the 1990 Super Nintendo Entertainment System game ActRaiser, maintaining the original's unique hybrid of platformer and city-building gameplay segments. The PC version of the game was played on The D-Pad by Dave in a one-off episode shortly after its release. The episode was streamed live on the dpadfm Twitch account before being uploaded to YouTube on September 28, 2021.
