Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a 2018 action game developed and published by Fatshark for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe, it is a sequel to the 2015 game Warhammer: End Times – Vermintide. Played in co-op with up to four players, the objective is to battle and defeat the Chaos army and the rat-like Skaven. Various new features and expansions have been distributed as downloadable content in the years since the game's release. The game was played on The D-Pad in a one-off episode by Geoff's friends in 2021, as part of "Multiplayer Sundays". The episode was streamed live on the dpadfm Twitch account before being posted to YouTube on June 2, 2021.

Trivia

  • Warhammer: Vermintide 2 was played as a one-off in place of the regular Barotrauma stream due to Geoff being absent. Peter was present for the stream but did not play, instead handling the chat voting mechanic, in which viewers of the livestream could affect various things in the game.
