Sonic Weekathon is a livestream hosted by The D-Pad in 2021, celebrating the 10th anniversary of the release of their first Let's Play series, Sonic Week, and the 30th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. It consisted of Rick speedrunning every game covered in the original Sonic Week. Announced with a trailer on June 20, 2021, and streamed on the dpadfm Twitch account later that day, the footage was split up by game and uploaded to YouTube in 6 parts from June 21 to June 25, 2021. On June 26, a further trailer was released announcing a bonus stream of Sonic Mania to conclude the project.
