Kirby's Adventure is a 1993 platform game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is the second game in the Kirby franchise, and the first to be released for a home console. The game introduces the "copy" mechanic central to almost every subsequent game in the series, allowing Kirby to gain the powers of certain enemies by eating them. It also marks the first appearance of recurring villain Meta Knight. The plot follows Kirby as he attempts to repair the Star Rod after it was broken by King Dedede. The game was played on The D-Pad in 2015, as a tribute to the game's producer, Satoru Iwata, after his death on July 11, 2015. The LP consisted of 11 episodes, released on weekdays from July 22 to August 1, 2015.

The game was revisited on The D-Pad in 2016, as the second game in The Dreamy Let's Play. The LP consisted of 10 episodes, released on weekdays from March 29 to April 7, 2016.

Kirby's Adventure is one of the thirty games included in the NES Classic Edition dedicated console. This version of the game was played on The D-Pad in a one-off episode in 2018, as the sixteenth game in their NES Classic Edition series. The episode was released on December 23, 2018.
