Sonic Drift 2 is a 1995 racing game developed by Sega and Arc System Works and published by Sega for the Game Gear. A sequel to the 1994 game Sonic Drift, it features largely similar gameplay to its predecessor. The most significant additions are three new playable characters: Knuckles, Fang/Nack, and Metal Sonic, in addition to the four from the first game. The game was played on [[The D-Pad] in 2017, as the twenty-sixth game in The Super Sonic Let's Play. The LP consisted of 3 episodes, released on weekdays from January 30 to February 1, 2017.

The game was revisited on The D-Pad in a one-off episode by Rick in 2022, as the eleventh game in Sonic Weekathon II (for Game Gear). The episode was streamed live on the dpadfm Twitch account before being uploaded to YouTube on July 3, 2022.
