Sonic Mania Adventures is a 2018 animated web series based on the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. The series was written and animated by Tyson Hesse, creator of the cutscenes from Sonic Mania; the plot follows directly from the end of Sonic Forces, as Classic Sonic returns to his own reality. It ran for five episodes released on an irregular schedule throughout 2018, plus a bonus episode released at Christmas. The series was covered by The D-Pad in 2018, in a series of D-Pad + Chill episodes as part of The Super Sonic Let's Play. The series consisted of 6 episodes - one for each episode of the web series; it began on April 4, 2018, and concluded on December 25, 2018.
